Vac Developments is a Canadian company primarily involved with Built to Print Sheet Metal and Machining Products. We have been major supplier to the Aerospace / Defence industry since 1979.
Vac Developments is a member of AIAC.As a major supplier to a variety of defence and aerospace related companies, we have acquired a strict quality control process designed to meet with and/or surpass contractual quality requirements and to comply with mandatory requirements of the following specifications:• MIL-I-45208,
• Chem film to MIL-C-5541
- Classes 1A and 3,
• Welding to MIL-STD-1595A, D17.1
• MIL-STD-2219

Our Mission

Vac Developments specializes in precision fabrication of aerospace and defence products. Utilizing C.N.C. equipment combined with highly experienced personnel to produce quality parts to very tight tolerances. Our certified welding department provides customers with one more critical process under our control. In-house chem-film and passivation capabilities also provide quick turnaround for our customers' requirements.
